Stephanie Willcox

Stephanie Willcox qualified as an architect in 1981 and worked with architectural practices in Manchester and London where she gained experience in housing and community projects as well as church buildings.

In 1997 Stephanie joined Burns Guthrie and Partners to resume her architectural career after bringing up two children. Whilst with the Practice she has been involved with school projects, residential care homes and work with private clients to remodel their homes. She is also involved in interior design projects for day centres for the elderly and adults with special needs.

Stephanie has an interest in designing external spaces and recently designed a show garden for the Scoliosis Association UK to increase public awareness of the spinal condition. Her design received a bronze award for the Royal Horticultural Society at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show in July 2003. She is currently working on two school projects to improve their outdoor teaching areas.
