The scheme provides 4 bed-sit studios, communal areas and staffroom in a non-clinical, domestic atmosphere where light and space are key features. The bed-sits offer flexible accommodation suitable for future adaptation for physically disabled residents. Client: East Sussex County Council. Contract value: £450,000.
