Woodlands Road, Tonbridge, Kent 25 two and three bedroom houses were built on this old laundry site next to the A21 trunk road. At the highest point of the site, adjacent to the road, the houses were single aspect to reduce sound infiltration.
					Lower down the site some three storey houses made use of the sloping site, with garages at lower ground floor and living accommodation on the upper ground floor at the same level as the gardens. Client: Stoneford Homes Programme: Completion 1994
