West Wind, East Sussex Our brief was to provide additional accommodation for a family of six. We replaced an existing extension with a two storey extension to provide three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room on the first floor and a playroom and family sitting room on the ground floor. The original house was also upgraded and re-roofed.
					Two existing bathrooms were refurbished and the kitchen extended and remodelled with an oak floor and bespoke painted units. Large glazed patio doors and underfloor heating were added to the study, creating a garden room. A balcony, affording spectacular views of the landscaped gardens and the countryside, was formed on the flat roof of the study linking the old and new parts of the house.
