Grove Hill Gardens, Kent
Listed Building in Conservation Area

The project consisted of a three storey extension to a Georgian
semi-detached villa built in the 1820s.
The extension, which included an external cornice and bespoke windows to match the existing, was originally refused planning permission but this was eventually secured following an appeal.
The extension provided ensuites to bedrooms on the first floor, a study at ground floor and a playroom at basement level. The lower ground floor, which for the past twenty years had been a separate flat, was also remodelled to provide a kitchen/family room. Extensive alterations and refurbishment works were carried out throughout the building.
